...Pictured above are a few of the latest generic label Euro digipack offerings which include CROSBY, STILLS, NASH & YOUNG "The 1974 Excursion" 1CD that pairs a previously unreleased and incomplete BBC Radio broadcast of their September 14, 1974 concert at Wembley Stadium along with a Seattle '74 soundboard...THE BEATLES "Mad Day Out" 1CD leverages recordings that profile the evolution of JOHN LENNON's 'Revolution' from home demo through overdub mixes, along with other Lennon-penned Beatle tracks circa 1968...PINK FLOYD "The Alternate Side Of The Moon" 1CD is a re-release collection of outtakes, rough mixes and that excellent 1993 remix session dub of side 2 of The Dark Side Of The Moon...

...Annnounced overnight from Beano is "Pristine Arms" 2CD which features the All-Star line-up of The ARMS Touring Band recorded in stereo soundboard glory at the September 20, 1983 performance at London's Royal Albert Hall...QUEEN "Dynasty" 2CD  from Wardour features an excellent audience tape of their September 27, 1984 concert in Stuttgart, Germany...And, THE WHO "New York 1979" 6CD, a non label production, presents all three Madison Square Garden concerts from September 13th, 14th and 16th, 1979 in excellent audience recording quality..

 

 

...Over the last 18 months or so, Wonderland Records' primary focus has been the themed box set, pictured above are some of the latest which range from THE ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND "Beacon Theatre New York City", a 4DVD set that compiles 9 nights of proshot video from their March 2009 stand, a JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE 4CD set that brings together alternate mixes, sessions pre-May 1967 along with a few Euro singles, BEATLES boxes that include multi-disc presentations of alternate mixes, outtakes and more (Please Please Me pictured)...BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND "Greetings From Liberty Hall" 4CD houses recordings of both nights from LIberty Hall in Austin, Texas on March 9th & 10th, 1974...a couple of BOB DYLAN releases to call out as well..."The 1974 Soundboard Collection" is a 10CD box set from Wonderland Records that compiles all the known soundboard tapes from the DYLAN & THE BAND U.S. Tour 1974 with deluxe 16-page booklet while "The European Tour 2009" 2CD/2DVD set documents Bob and band's Spring '09 Euro trek with recordings from April stops in Brussels and Stockholm, London, etc...

....and finally, Rattlesnake Records have released their version of the BOB DYLAN set at the July 5th, 2009 Rothbury Music Festival with the excellent soundboard tape getting yet another iteration for collectors to snap up...have a great week and Happy Halloween to those who will indulge...
