REVIEW: |
Pulled from a vinyl copy of either "Live at the Main Point" (Impossible Recordworks) or "Pipeline" (Toasted Records) this wonderful performance from this small PA music club is a nice thing to come around on CD. Great setlist includes most of Browne's early highlights including the popular ditty "You Asshole You", several great covers (Zevon's "Werewolves of London" for one). Quality is good, (not great), but being it's basically an acoustic performance it's very listenable. You can hear a little crackle occasionally from the vinyl but it may add to the charm of this lost bootleg. Artwork is a blurry pic, not great - the original art would have been better. |
