REVIEW: |
At the end of July 1976 Eric Clapton played a concert in London s Crystal Palace Bowl with Freddie King, Jesse Roden and the Chieftains as support that was recorded and came out on Silver Horse label, a sufficiently good audience recording 24 bit remastered that was again remastered by Mid Valley later on and released with the title I Am With Stupid. However this remaster job increased high frequencies too much giving room to distortion and someone still prefers Silver Horse original cd. This concert saw the appearance of Ron Wood on the last song “Further On Up The Road” together with Freddie King and Larry Coryell that also played on a 13 minutes version of
“Stormy Monday”.
