REVIEW:

A new soundboard release for the Rotterdam 2nd night concert from Dylan 1984 European tour has surfaced completely unexpected again after Nantes in crystal clear quality. This show was not available before, only an average audience quality of Rotterdam first night on June 4th had been available before on an LP called Man of Peace (AM 243/SM 1010), which has been used here for the end of I’ve Got To Use My Imagination. This show happened at the start of the tour and the band seems to be in need of rehearsing some songs. Santana joined just on Blowin’ In The Wind with a short guitar solo. However, this is a different musical set than the future Dylan shows in this tour, because here Dylan seems to still be guiding the band. This is an excellent discovery, a real upgrade of a concert previously available only in audience.
