REVIEW: |
The first concert in Washington is
the subject of volume 12 of this series: a
partial recording unfortunately since the last
tracks are missing. This is an audience recording so not the one used on the
official release. The recording’s quality changes from the second part of You
Never Can Be Trusted, so this point was used to separate both discs. The first
part (disc one) has been de-clicked, channels rebalanced (+ 20% for the right
channel) and the overall output slightly amplified. Some digital noises have
been deleted: in Rock It In The Pocket at 0’38, in Oh, Pretty Woman at 0’31 and
1’25, in My Time After Awhile at 9’19 and in Checkin’ Up On My Baby at 1’31 and
5’02. For the second part (disc two) both channels have been rebalanced (+20%
for the left channel) and rephased; this part of the recording had to be
accelerated by +1,1%. Here we have another new song, She Can Do It, as well as
another unidentified instrumental in the second disc; the recording is pretty
clear, too bad not being complete.
