Silver Picture Disc release from Digital Line.  The video is taken from the arena feed providing the camera work for the screens onstage.  It's probably the best I've ever seen.  The only thing that gives it away is that the camera shots go "black" in-between songs, but you still hear the stage banter between band members and to the crowd.  Otherwise this could pass for a commercial release.

No indicators that this was duped from another label.  Perhaps one of our members knows better.  Either way this is a great performance by the  band when they were reaching the zenith in their career, on top of a superb audio/video experience.  It comes with effective interactive menus to jump around as you wish too.  It's all here, including the non-stop cursing from the band!
