REVIEW:

Subtitled Here’s Another Between the Buttons Album, here is one more vinyl box featuring 1966-67 Stones stuff with a mix of instrumental backing tracks, alternate versions and various outtakes. The first 2 platters have different alternate versions of the album, the third is devoted to rarities and the fourth to Brian Jones A Degree of Murder soundtrack. Obviously, there is nothing new, some of the tracks used come from the so-called Isolated Tracks, meaning that some songs have been dissected and just some instruments displayed upfront, or the final mixed changed: one of the marvels from the digital era. About that the last LP features parts of the Degree of Murder soundtrack where some music is present, often in the background, I wonder if some of these new instruments could be used to erase spoken words and leave just the music, it would be great since the original reels seem to have been lost.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
