This release presents the first two shows of the Stones 2024 US Tour from Mayflower. Houston’s sound output is excellent with all the instruments clearly heard and no audience interference, the best so far; the band plays well enough for being the first date of the tour, with the new songs liked by the audience even if at times they are played a bit differently from the studio versions.

As for New Orleans’ Jazz Fest this recording is better than the previous one reviewed although Darryl Jones bass is still prominent. The audience is vociferous too but just at show start and at the end of some songs. This release is therefore the best one for the Stones first 2 concert of their 2024 Tour.
