The Godfather returns with a stunning new release! At first I wasn´t too impressed with this title but don´t let a first glimpse at the content fool you. "TV Is Still On" is a stunning product, quality and content-wise.

I won´t bother mentioning all the content but what you get is all the important, recent TV footage from around Europe and the US. The "Shelter From The Storm" duet of "One" with Mary J. Blige is killer, the Cologne Total TV 2005 tracks are DIFFERENT and stunning performances. The React Now performance of "Love & Peace Or Else" in Toronto and Grammy songs are also amazing. Only filler material are the three songs from the MTV Brooklyn Bridge that were also on a recent DVD release from Godfather of that whole event.

But the icing on the cake are the 1 cam pro shots (at least they LOOK pro) of Denver, Boston & Seattle from last tour. The version of "Who´s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" brought chills down my spine, "Party Girl" and "Bad" from the Fleet are also among the best performances of the tour.  And if you think that the new OFFICIAL Vertigo DVD covers the tour, take a look at this footage. It gives a true but amazingly entertaining fan view (without obstruction or whatever) of the concerts.

As said, I wasn´t too impressed at first but I was sold once I got into it!
