An excellent program tracing the history and evolution of this project that dates back to 1966! It includes early Beach Boys footage and recent live performances of the Brian Wilson "Smile Tour".
This is a perfect transfer to DVD-R, taken directly from a Digital Satellite Broadcast from the American Showtime Cable Channel. Too much has been said about this project already. Personally, I've had enough. If you know about it and are interested, God bless you. If you know about it and don't give a shit, I completely understand. If you don't know anything about it, this is a good program for you. If you don't know anything about it and don't care, check out all the other wonderful music at your disposal.
