REVIEW:

For volume 6 of this series we are in Boston for the 1st concert at the Paradise. For this show there were 2 versions available from the same source. The first version was almost complete (only the first part of Room To Move was missing) but it was lossy. The second one was lossless but the banters between the tracks were edited out and the end of Room To Move suffered from digital noises. So it was decided to do a mix of both sources. The bulk comes from the lossless version completed by the banters and the end of Room To Move from the lossy version. The lossless version was decelerated by -0,63%, de-clicked and both channels equalized. However, some defaults were discovered:

- In An Eye For An Eye from 4’12 until 4’32 the default had been fixed by using a 20 seconds patch coming from the lossless version.

- In Road Show the default at 4’26 is impossible to correct because it was found out that the segment (23 seconds!) containing the default was completely deleted from the lossy version… so it had to remain but is slightly more discreet.

- on the partial Room To Move there were digital noises in the lossless version, so a patch from 2’32 until 3’16 was used (in the last part of the track the defaults were more subtle so they have been kept).

This is as great recording, a pleasure listening to it.
