Fingerprint
File is on It’s Only Rock’n Roll By the Balls (no label) and It’s Only Rock’n
Roll on The Best of Live in Concert (Living Legend Rec. 070) on Charlie Watts
& His Fabulous Rolling Stones (Sunbird Dragoman 007 002 D 2816).
The Millard
recording per se was already partially released on vinyl on titles like 1975
Nervous Breakdown and on cd on I Never Talked to C.Berry and in full on LA
Friday (VGP 085); some seconds were missing after Fingerprint File until Whores
and Cocaine and a Bottle of Jack (E.Valley) came out; here there are also some
patches being placed using the official recording
at the end of Ain’t Too Proud To Beg,
Fingerprint File and Brown Sugar; however after the end of Happy there are
missing parts evidently not recorded by Millard himself. The fact that this
recording has been placed on 3 discs allows to get all the in between songs
comments and thanks to Millard famous recording equipment we get a very
spacious and natural sound which makes this the best possible document of this
gig, also due to the fact that the original release is too brickwalled.
